What kind of packaging do your products have?
We do our best to deliver our products ( bulk and non) in 100% plastic-free packaging. That's why our products arrive in recycled paper, glass, or cotton packaging.
Can I reuse these packages at Wild Sage Foods?
Yes! Even our paper bags are strong enough for multiple uses.
How can I pay for my order?

I forgot to add something to my order, should I make a new one?
Please contact us at store@wildsagefoods.nl about this issue and we will try our best to add it to your order.
What courier do you use to send packages?
For shipping our orders we use Peddler. It is a local company that delivers sustainably in the Amsterdam area with bikes.
How long does it take for home delivery?
For orders placed before 3pm (except Mondays that the store is closed), expect your order to arrive the same day!
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain wildsagefoods.nl to your safe senders list.
How much does shipping cost?
In the Netherlands, shipping costs €4,95. When you spend over €50,- it's free.
Is it possible to pick-up my order?
Yes of course! You are always welcome to place an order online and pick it up in our store in de Pijp Amsterdam! Please select local pick up during check out.
